teachers difficult to find a platform to learn new education teaching and technology. they are always busy: give lessons, write a bunch of reports, fill out a journal, check notebooks. This also means it’s harder for them to find time to research.
A vast library of free education-related videos: Access to popular education-related videos such as innovative educational technology, STEAM and computational thinking education, artificial intelligence (AI) education and applications. Teachers can enjoy exclusive privileges, including the ability to instantly claim Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits on-site at the event.
Information architecture: Clear and organized process flow
I interviewed eight teachers to pinpoint their pain points, brainstorm potential solution, and create a comprehensive process flow to help me understand the sequence of actions that the users undertake to reach their goals.
Starting with wireframes helped organize the app's structure, followed by developing UI components to design High-fidelity mockups. Subsequently, I progressed by prototyping solutions tailored to address each identified user paint point.
